The data controller is Monety Inc. a Delaware Corporation doing business as Monety.
We may collect the following categories of personal information about you, including but not limited to:
Registration Information: When you register for a Service, you will be asked for basic registration information, such as an email address, password and/or phone number.

Monety may use your provided personal information with third parties to personalize your experience on our platform as well as to offer you other products, programs, or services that we believe may be of interest to you; provide, maintain and improve our services; To investigate, defend against, or take action regarding violations in our Terms of Service, suspected fraud, illegal activities or potential threats to our team and organization.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits consumers who are California residents, to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law), if any, that we disclosed in the preceding calendar year to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes.If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, contact us at email@example.com.
At Monety we are happy to help with any concern about the platform, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to correct or delete any information, or to ask any questions. Note that even if you request for data that we’ve collected from you to be deleted, we may still retain data collected from you in an aggregated or anonymized form that does not identify you. When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We also will not delete your data if we are legally required to maintain it, for fraud prevention or similar purposes.
